It is Commercial Collection's intent to maintain your privacy where it concerns releasing your authorized credit card information. We will share it with our banking institution as it pertains to your vendor. It is our intent to use your authorized credit card information against your unpaid balance with your vendor and for this purpose only. We will not release any information to any other third party other than our banker and/or your vendor unless you provide us with written permission to do so.

Security Policy

We protect personal information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable laws. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. When we use other companies to provide services for us, we require them to protect the confidentiality of personal information that they receive.

Refund Policy

All refunds must be requested in writing. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will contact your vendor and determine if one is warranted. You also have the rights outlined via your credit card company to dispute any transactions through your normal bank channels.
